We ship from three European hubs — Frankfurt, Lisbon, and Copenhagen — to most of the world. Pricing is shown before checkout, with no surprises on delivery.
Standard delivery — 2 to 4 business days
Free on orders over €35 across the EU. €4.90 below that. Delivered via DPD, GLS, or PostNord depending on your country.
Express — next business day
Order before 14:00 CET, weekdays only. €11.90 flat. Available to most EU postcodes; we'll flag at checkout if your address is excluded.
Outside the EU
UK: 3–5 days, €9.90. US: 5–8 days, €14.90. Rest of world: 7–14 days, €19.90. Duties calculated and shown before you pay — no surprise charges on delivery.
Tracked, insured, photographed
Every order ships with tracking. Couriers photograph the doorstep at delivery. If something goes missing in transit, we cover it — no claim form required from you.

Can I ship to a parcel locker or PUDO point?⌄
Yes — choose 'pickup point' at checkout and we'll show options near your address. Usually saves €1–2 on the shipping cost.
Do you ship to all EU countries?⌄
All 27 EU member states plus Norway, Switzerland, and Iceland. Cyprus, Malta, and the Canary Islands have slightly longer windows (3–6 days).
What if I'm not home when it arrives?⌄
The courier will usually try a neighbour or your nearest PUDO point. You'll get an SMS or email — no need to chase, the next steps are always in the link.
Is delivery slower during sales periods?⌄
We staff up around Black Friday and Christmas, but expect 1–2 extra days during the busiest week. Choose express if it's a gift with a deadline.
