Your data, explained simply.
The version of this page in real legalese is long. Below is the same thing in plain English — what we collect, why, how we look after it, and how to ask us to delete it.
What we collect
Account details (name, email, addresses), order history, payment metadata (card type + last four — never the full number, that stays with our payment processor), and basic browsing data (pages viewed, cart contents) to keep the site working.
Why we collect it
To process your orders, ship things to you, handle returns, fight fraud, and improve the site. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third-party advertisers. We use Stripe for payments and standard EU-based logistics carriers for delivery — they only see what they need.
How we protect it
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. Card data is tokenised by Stripe and never touches our servers. We hold the minimum we need, for the shortest reasonable time, and review access quarterly.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. EU/UK residents have the full GDPR rights. Email privacy@omnio.example and we respond within 30 days (usually within 2).

Only the essentials needed for the cart to work and a privacy-respecting analytics product. No third-party ad trackers. See the Cookies page for the full list and the opt-out.
