OMNIO · Terms of Service
The rules of the marketplace.
Standard stuff, written like a human. Use the site reasonably, we'll treat you reasonably. Below is what that means in practice — and the bits we're required by law to tell you.
Using the marketplace
You're welcome to browse, buy, review, and share OMNIO content. You're not welcome to scrape it at scale, resell access, attempt to break into accounts, or use the site to do anything illegal. Be reasonable.
Your account
You're responsible for your own login. Use a real email so we can reach you about orders. Tell us within a week if you think someone else got in. We may suspend accounts that look fraudulent — usually we'll reach out first.
Orders, payments & refunds
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we email you the confirmation. Prices include VAT where applicable; shipping is shown at checkout. Refund terms are covered in detail on the Returns & Refunds page.
When things go wrong
Stuff breaks sometimes. If we mess up an order, we fix it. If our site goes down, we don't owe you anything beyond what you paid us. We try not to limit anything that EU consumer law gives you — those rights always win over these terms.
Frequently asked
Which country's law applies?⌄
These terms are governed by German law. EU/UK consumer rights apply on top — they override anything here that would be less favourable to you.
Can you change these terms?⌄
Yes, but we'll email registered users at least 30 days before any material change takes effect, and the old version applies to orders placed before then.
How do I file a complaint?⌄
Email legal@omnio.example. EU residents can also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.
